Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition) - Nature's Ire

This expansion brings the second fully cooperative adventure to Descent Second Edition. In typical Descent games, one player takes on the role of the overlord, controlling dangerous monsters and setting traps, while up to four players fight these monsters, collect items, and gain experience as they progress through the campaign. Cooperative adventures like Nature's Wrath revolutionize the gameplay. Up to four players team up to defeat the monsters and traps controlled by the game. Each cooperative adventure acts like a mini - campaign in one session. You'll get to explore new areas, use your wits, battle monsters, and grab loot and experience. In the Nature's Wrath cooperative adventure, you and your friends look into the disappearance of the Blue Rock village population. With a single survivor by your side, you must enter a menacing forest, fight deadly enemies and natural forces to save the missing villagers from a terrible end. As you play, new encounters and areas are randomly drawn from the Exploration deck, so you'll never have the same adventure twice! Note: The rules for the Nature's Wrath expansion aren't in the box but can be freely downloaded from the Fantasy Flight Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition support page.

How to use: First, gather up to four friends. Then, set up the game according to the main Descent Second Edition rules. Start the Nature's Wrath cooperative adventure. Work together as a team to explore areas, battle monsters, and collect loot. Use the randomly drawn Exploration deck to reveal new encounters. Keep in mind that the rules for this expansion aren't in the box, so you need to download them from the Fantasy Flight support page. Attention: Make sure all players understand the main game rules before starting the expansion. When downloading the rules, ensure a stable internet connection.
