Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition) Shards of Everdark

Embark on an exciting new adventure with Shards of Everdark, the latest Hero and Monster Collection for Descent: Journeys in the Dark. It brings back reimagined heroes and monsters, and offers two brand - new quests to save the world from Everdark's corrupt servants. Four fearless heroes - Arvel Worldwalker, One Fist, Karnon, and Steelhorns - are ready to fight the overlord and eliminate dreadful monsters like ice wyrms, shades, and new dark minotaurs. This set includes four detailed hero figures with character sheets, three complete monster groups with monster cards, and two new quests: Shards of Everdark and Host of Everdark.

To start using this game, first set up the game board as described in the main Descent: Journeys in the Dark rulebook. Place the four hero figures and their character sheets on the board. Then, arrange the three monster groups using the provided monster cards. You can choose either of the two new quests - Shards of Everdark or Host of Everdark - to begin your adventure. During the game, the heroes work together to complete the quest and defeat the monsters controlled by the overlord player. Be careful not to lose your heroes in battles as they are key to winning the game. After each play, store the figures carefully to avoid damage.
