Dogfight! is the newest addition to the well - known Blitzkrieg series of 20 - minute games. In this thrilling game, two rival First World War aviators engage in an aerial duel with biplanes. To win, you need to outmaneuver your enemy, get behind them, and shoot at the perfect moment! The game lasts a maximum of three rounds or until one biplane is shot down. If a biplane is shot down, the game ends right away, and the surviving player wins. If the third round finishes and both biplanes are still in the air, the player with fewer hits takes the victory. Both players pick a tile behind their screens and reveal them simultaneously. Then, they move their biplanes according to the tile's value, which might have 'hit' icons. There are nine different biplanes with unique tile distributions, and several scenarios are included. Biplanes must follow the white - path arrows (except when looping). Each circle is one space, and some colored spaces affect shooting. Biplanes can pass each other and end up in the same space, but be cautious as one wrong move can let your enemy get behind you and fire away!

Using Dogfight! is easy and fun. First, each player chooses a biplane from the nine available options. Then, start the game by selecting a tile from behind your player screen. Reveal the tile at the same time as your opponent. Move your biplane the number of spaces shown on the tile. Remember, the tile might have 'hit' icons that can affect the game. The biplanes should follow the direction of the arrows on the white path, except when doing a loop. Keep an eye on the colored spaces as they can impact shooting. The game can end in two ways: either one biplane is shot down, or three rounds are completed. If no biplane is shot down after three rounds, the player with fewer hits wins. When moving your biplane, be careful not to make a wrong move, or your enemy can get behind you and shoot. There's no special maintenance needed for the game, just keep the tiles and game board clean and store them in a dry place when not in use.
