To play Dominion Rising Sun, start by shuffling the 300 cards. Set up the 25 new Kingdom card piles along with the other necessary components. Each player gets a starting deck. Take turns drawing cards, playing actions, buying cards, and ending your turn. Keep an eye on the Shadow cards that can suddenly appear from your deck and the Prophecies that will impact the game in the future. When dealing with Debt and Events, follow the specific rules provided. As for maintenance, keep the cards in a dry and clean place. Avoid bending or folding the cards.
