Product Information
You've been caught looting the fearsome Drakon's hoard. Instead of an immediate fiery end, Drakon decides to play with you. You and rival heroes are released into the labyrinth. The first to find ten gold pieces escapes with the treasure; the rest become the dragon's meal. In each game, you and opponents fight for survival in the labyrinth. On your turn, you can move your hero or expand the labyrinth, placing helpful chambers in your path and endangering opponents. But be careful! The labyrinth is full of danger, ancient magics, and the dragon herself. You need to be quick and cautious to navigate and survive. Each turn, choose to move into a new chamber or expand the labyrinth with a tile from your hand. New chambers offer unique circumstances and magical objects. Some give heroes powerful effects like destroying chambers or increasing movement. Others cause harm, like losing coins or being lured by a magical harp. As you play chamber tiles, a tricky maze forms, and only the wise can find the way out. The main goal is to find gold. Many chambers let you find or steal coins, but their values vary. Coins are face - down, so you never know how close opponents are to victory. Six heroes with unique, one - time - per - game abilities are trapped. Use them at the right time. The sorceress can pass through walls, the thief can steal gold at the right moment, and the ranger can use a speed burst. The dragon also roams the maze. Certain chambers let you move Drakon. If she catches a hero, that hero goes back to the entrance and loses three coins. You're trapped with rival heroes. Your biggest threat could be Drakon or other heroes. Only your greed can save you. Will you grab gold, foil opponents, and win? Or will you become the dragon's meal? You decide your fate, but only one hero can escape Drakon!
To play Drakon, first, each player chooses a hero with a unique ability. The game starts with all heroes in the entrance chamber of the labyrinth. On your turn, you have two options. You can either move your hero to another chamber in the labyrinth or play a new chamber tile from your hand to expand the labyrinth. When moving, be aware of the dangers and magical effects in each chamber. Some chambers offer great benefits, while others can cause you to lose coins or be affected by magical items. The goal is to be the first to collect ten gold coins. Coins can be found in chambers or stolen from opponents. Remember, the value of coins varies and they're kept face - down, so you won't know how close your opponents are to winning. Each hero's special ability can only be used once per game, so choose the right moment to use it. For example, the sorceress can pass through walls when in a tough situation, the thief can steal gold at an opportune time, and the ranger can use a speed burst to cross the maze quickly. Also, keep an eye on the dragon, Drakon. You can move her through the labyrinth using certain chambers. If Drakon catches a hero, that hero will be sent back to the entrance and lose three coins. As for maintenance, keep the game components in a dry place. If the cards or tiles get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Have fun playing and may the wisest hero escape Drakon's clutches!
