In the Town Phase, roll town dice equal to players plus one boat die. Select a die to unlock special buildings, ships, or gain income. Fishing happens between phases in even rounds, and the player with the most points at the end wins. It also has a solo mode where you battle Captain Ruth for the rewards of Ridback Bay.
