To play Gloom, first, gather your friends and deal out the character cards to each player. Each player then takes control of their family's characters. The main idea is to make your own characters suffer as much as possible. You do this by playing cards that represent bad events on your characters, which will lower their Self - Worth scores. At the same time, look for opportunities to play happy event cards on your opponents' characters to increase their scores. Keep an eye on the total Family Value, which is the sum of all your characters' worth. The player with the lowest total Family Value at the end of the game wins. When handling the cards, be gentle as they are made of plastic. Try to keep them away from sharp objects to avoid scratches. Also, store them in a dry place to prevent warping. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Have fun playing this unique and dark card game!
