Product Information
In the exciting Herbaceous board game, herb collectors go head - to - head to cultivate and stockpile the most precious blend of herbs. Each player starts with four containers, each enabling a distinct grouping action: group herbs of the same type, group different types, group pairs, or group any three types (whether the same or different). On your turn, draw an herb card. Then, choose to keep it in your personal collection or place it in the communal pile. There's a catch: if you keep a card, the next one goes to the communal pile; if you put it in the communal pile, the next card lands in your personal collection. At the start of your turn, you can opt to use a container. When you do, gather cards from both your personal stash and the communal area, group them as per the container's rule, and then flip them over. Once you've done this, you've 'collected' those herbs, and that container can't be used again. At game's end, collectors figure out the best collection by considering the value of their herbs, matching herb combinations, and herb sets.
To play Herbaceous, first give each player four containers. These containers are the key to grouping your herb cards. At the start of your turn, draw an herb card. Think carefully about whether to keep it for yourself or put it in the communal pile. Remember, the decision affects where the next card goes. If you want to use a container, start your turn by doing so. Look through your personal collection and the communal pile, pick the right cards, group them according to the container's rule, and flip them over. Once you've used a container, you can't use it again, so use them wisely. As for maintenance, just keep your cards in a dry place and away from sunlight to prevent them from getting damaged. Enjoy the game and have fun competing to create the best herb collection!
