Winning here means becoming a master of combat and magic. Once you start playing, your gaming world will be transformed. The Heroic Tier of HeroQuest comes with over 70 miniatures, a game board, and a game master’s screen. It includes more than 90 cards and six custom - engraved dice, an upgrade from the original painted wooden dice. There's also a pad of traditional paper character sheets, letting you name your heroes and keep track of their hit points and loot between games.

To start playing HeroQuest, first set up the game board and place the miniatures according to the game rules. Shuffle the 90+ cards and distribute them as needed. Roll the custom - engraved dice to make your moves and determine the outcome of battles. When using the paper character sheets, write down your hero's name and keep a record of their hit points and loot. Be careful not to lose the small components like the miniatures and dice. Store them in a safe place when not in use. To keep the game in good condition, avoid exposing the game board and cards to direct sunlight or moisture. If the paper character sheets get dirty, you can replace them easily.
