Ever wonder if we truly have free will? Who's in control? 'Insider' is an engaging game that delves into these profound questions. As you interact with others, you'll need to find the right quiz answers or unmask the 'insider' who's pulling the strings. Players are randomly assigned roles. The'master' secretly picks a word from a card deck (or can choose freely in a variant). The 'insider', unknown to others, views the word. The 'commons' then have about five minutes to ask the master yes - or - no questions to deduce the secret word. The insider tries to subtly guide the commons to the right answer. If the commons fail to guess, all lose. But if they guess correctly, the master flips the sand timer. The commons and master then have until the sand runs out to figure out the insider's identity. Correctly guessing the insider means a shared win; otherwise, the insider takes the victory.

How to play: First, randomly assign roles to players. The master secretly selects a word. The commons ask yes - or - no questions to find the word within about five minutes. If they guess right, start the second phase to find the insider before the sand in the timer runs out. Tips: Pay close attention to everyone's responses and clues. The insider may try to mislead, so think carefully. Maintenance: Keep the cards in a dry and clean place to prevent damage. If the sand timer has issues, try gently shaking it to even out the sand.
