Ironwood

Ironwood is an exciting, rules - light, and highly asymmetric card - driven tactical game designed for 1 - 2 players. Each round, you and your opponent take turns playing 3 faction - specific cards. These cards have various action effects, like positioning your warbands, starting combat, collecting crystals, and giving temporary passive bonuses. When combat begins, use the same cards for their combat values. Compete simultaneously to get combat bonuses, deal and avoid casualties, and increase your warbands' Dominance value to win the fight.

To play Ironwood, first pick your faction. Each round, you and your opponent will take turns playing three of your faction - specific cards. Use these cards to position your warbands around the game area, start combat, or collect crystals. When combat happens, use the same cards for their combat values. Try to get combat bonuses, deal damage to your opponent, and avoid getting casualties. Aim to increase your warbands' Dominance value to win the combat. Be careful not to over - commit your resources too early. After each game, keep your cards in a dry and cool place to prevent damage. If your cards get dirty, gently wipe them with a soft cloth.
