Welcome back to the bustling Istanbul Bazaar! In this game, players step into the shoes of savvy merchants. The aim is to collect goods and lira, then trade them for the precious rubies needed to win. Unlike the original, in Istanbul: Choose & Write, each player has their own personal bazaar in front of them as a game - plan. It's a tracking sheet where they mark their choices as they play. On their turn, players can choose between playing a Location card or a Guild card. Location cards let all merchants perform the action of the specified location or an adjacent space on their sheet. Guild cards are costly but trigger powerful effects, and they can stop others from taking follow - up actions. Fans of the Istanbul series will spot familiar spots like the Large Market and the Gemstone Dealer. The innovative choose - and - write mechanism makes this bazaar visit a whole new challenge.

How to play: First, each player gets their personal bazaar tracking sheet. When it's your turn, decide whether to play a Location card or a Guild card. If you play a Location card, all players can do the action of the specified location or an adjacent space on their sheet. A Guild card is expensive but has strong effects and can block others. Goal: Collect goods and lira, then trade them for rubies to win. Things to note: Think carefully before playing a Guild card as it's costly. Also, pay attention to what your opponents are doing. Maintenance: Keep the cards in a dry place and store them in the provided box to prevent damage.
