Paperback Adventures is a solo - centric game. It's a strategic and highly replayable solo word game from the ground up. There are also extra gameplay options for two - player cooperative play.
The undead captain emerges from the depths! Plothook's Briny Cutlass can break through defenses, and his loyal Crew cards can come back from the grave. With a special set of items and letter cards, Plothook uses long words to defeat enemies in Paperback Adventures.

To use this Paperback Adventures Plothook Pack, first make sure you have the core box. Open the CHARACTER BOX and take out the Character Tray with Tokens, Character Card, Enemy Cards, Reward Cards, Letter Cards, Item Cards, McGuffin Cards, and Core Cards. Start playing the solo word game, or team up with a friend for the cooperative mode. When using Plothook, use his Briny Cutlass and Crew cards to your advantage and try to form long words to sink your enemies. Be careful not to lose any of the cards, especially the ones with sleeves as they can be a bit slippery. After each play, put all the cards back in their sleeves and store them in a cool, dry place to keep them in good condition.
