Pies

Pies is an exciting and delicious trick-taking card game. Over three rounds, players play fruit cards to collect ingredient combinations and bake the yummiest pies. Each round has six tricks (five in a five - player game). In each trick, players play one card. The player with the highest - value card gets to pick a card from the trick, and others follow in descending order. The last player also gets a Plum card. There are special actions that let you steal fruit cards or call the dog to guard your fruit! At game's end, the player with the most valuable pie mix wins.

How to play: First, gather your friends and start the three - round game. In each round, take turns playing one fruit card per person. After all cards are played, the one with the highest - value card gets to draft a card from the trick, and then others pick in order of card value. The last player always gets a Plum card. Keep an eye out for special actions and use them to your advantage. If you trigger a special action, you can either steal fruit cards from others or call the dog to protect your own. At the end of the three rounds, count up the value of your pie mixes. The one with the most valuable mix is the winner. Note: Make sure everyone understands the rules before starting the game. Also, handle the cards gently to keep them in good condition. When not in use, store the cards in a dry and cool place to prevent damage.
