We checked out the existing spin - down counters and were sure we could create something superior. This counter isn't just eye - catching and hefty; its custom number layout is its real charm. You can use this 25mm spin - down as a regular D20. Even though its faces don't follow the traditional 'opposites add to 21' rule, there's no reason it can't serve as a d20. Official MTG counters have a layout where five numbers are at the top, five at the bottom, and 10 along the center. Spinning through the top and bottom sets is easy, but the 10 in the center alternate 180 degrees, often requiring you to rotate the die. Paragon City Games' design is different. Every rotation is a smooth, consistent motion. Just shift it and rotate clockwise slightly each time. Moreover, the numbers are arranged in a way that the 1 face is next to the 20 face, allowing for a quick game reset. Our Roll Down counters are 25mm from face - to - face, 5mm larger than a standard die.
