It includes 369 cards for all miniatures (heroes and enemies) from Massive Darkness and its expansions, even the Kickstarter exclusives. You can use these cards with the Massive Darkness 2 core game (sold separately). Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign aren't included, unless stated otherwise. This item has the Standard Edition of the Upgrade Pack, so you don't need to buy both. The Massive Darkness Upgrade Pack offers 266 cards in the regular version and 369 in the Kickstarter edition. It also comes with 3 Boss Dashboards that turn 4 enemies from the original game into Boss encounters, like The Abyssal Demon and The Hellephant. There's also a deadly duo of the Spearmaiden Cyclops and the Cliffbreaker Cyclops as one Boss. Additionally, it includes a Prologue Campaign Booklet that converts quests from the original Massive Darkness and A Quest of Crystal & Lava, plus 30 Campaign cards. To use this Massive Darkness 2 Upgrade Pack, first make sure you have the Massive Darkness 2 core game as it's required for play. Take out the 369 cards and start using them with the miniatures from Massive Darkness and its expansions in the Massive Darkness 2: Hellscape game. The Boss Dashboards can be added to convert some regular enemies into exciting Boss encounters. Use the Prologue Campaign Booklet and the 30 Campaign cards to add new quests and storylines to your game. Remember, paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign aren't included, so don't expect them. To maintain the pack, keep the cards in a card protector to prevent damage.
