It's the Kickstarter Edition of Among the Stars: Expanding the Alliance. Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign aren't included unless stated otherwise.
Among The Stars: Expanding the Alliance, the second expansion for Among the Stars, supercharges the base game (works with or without the Ambassadors expansion). It comes with 46 Locations, 2 Conflict sets, 6 Objectives, 3 Alien Races, 8 Ambassadors, the Alliance Inspection mini - expansion, and extra components for up to six players.
All promo cards and alien races available at printing are in this single boxed expansion, except the Hythian and Wiss Alien Races, sold at conventions and from the Geek Store.
Special Locations include the Ambassadorial Shuttle, Waste Processing Facility, and more, each with 2 cards. Conflict Sets like Infestation (12 cards + Tokens) and Relocation (12 cards) add excitement. Objectives such as Energy Efficient and Fully Operational give goals. There are 3 Alien Races: Debos, Nyxtos (with Tokens), and Ludons (with Tokens). And 8 Ambassadors, including Ludons and Revuarz cards.
Mini Expansions like Alliance Inspection (6 cards) and various Reactor cards enhance the gameplay. There are also ship tokens, bureau cards for 5th and 6th players, credit tokens, and energy cubes.

Using the Among The Stars: Expanding The Alliance board game expansion is a breeze. First, gather 2 to 6 players. You can use this expansion with the base game, and it also works great with or without the Ambassadors expansion.
Shuffle the different cards like Location cards, Conflict cards, and Objective cards separately. Then, distribute them as per the game rules. Place the tokens, like the ship tokens and credit tokens, within easy reach of all players.
When it comes to the Alien Races, introduce the new ones slowly if it's your first time playing. The Ambassadors can be used to gain special abilities, so make sure to understand what each one does.
For the mini - expansion, the Alliance Inspection, follow the specific rules provided with those cards.
As for maintenance, keep the cards in a card protector or a box to prevent wear and tear. The tokens should be stored in a small container to avoid losing them. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
