Open the pack and find the new Executive Officer, Angelo Alberti. During the game, when using Angelo Alberti with The Geological Factor expansion, you can avoid the extra or replacement costs on the left of the Geological tiles by spending 1 Engineer. If you want to activate this effect twice in the same round, place an extra Engineer on the XO action space.
