Nemesis: Aftermath Expansion (Kickstarter Pre-Order Special)

Preorder now! Expected delivery on August 31, 2025. This is the Kickstarter Aftermath expansion for the Nemesis board game by Awaken Realms. It has a Board Game Geek rating of 6.07 and an average player rating of 8.74. Suitable for 1 to 5 players and was published in 2021. This expansion includes the Aftermath content but not paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign (unless stated otherwise). It also excludes the Void Seeders expansion. All KS Exclusive stretch goals from the campaign are included, except for the Medic. The main mode is the Epilogue Mode, a 45 - 60 minute, 5 - turn game played after a regular Nemesis game. Some time has passed since the base - game events. Players use new characters to investigate the damaged Nemesis ship, and leftovers from the previous game affect this one. It's shorter but more challenging and dynamic than a regular game. Instead of objectives, players handle personal requirements and cooperate against alerts. There's also a Lucrative Offer for more self - interested players. The expansion adds a Shuttle board representing a new small ship with 4 room slots and 4 new '2' rooms. You can play the Epilogue with fewer players than in the regular game. Each character (from base game and expansion) gets a Trait card with specific advantages and disadvantages. These cards are placed face - up next to the character board and remain in effect for the rest of the game. There are 5 new characters. When choosing a character, players use draft cards. They can pick either a base - game or an Aftermath character of a chosen color. For example, the red Convict can replace the red Soldier, and the two can't be in the same game. How to use: First, make sure you have the base Nemesis game. After a regular game, start the Epilogue Mode. Choose your characters using the draft cards, being careful not to pick two characters of the same color that can't be in the same game. Place the Trait cards face - up next to the character boards. Use the new Shuttle board and the 4 new '2' rooms as described in the rules. Cooperate to deal with alerts and meet personal requirements. Note: This is a pre - order, and the expected delivery is August 31, 2025. Paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign are not included unless stated otherwise. The Void Seeders expansion is not part of this package. Maintenance: Keep the game in a dry and cool place. When not in use, store the cards and boards in the provided boxes to prevent damage.
