It comes with the expansion and all unlocked stretch goals. You'll need The Artemis Project core game (sold separately) to play. Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless stated otherwise. Your Stabilizer squads, despite the tough snowy conditions, introduce new tech to keep The Artemis Project going. They launch Chariots, geosynchronous platforms orbiting Europa, which shape the colonies below. Meanwhile, a group of elite men and women, forged by Europa's harsh environment, step up as Commanders. They hold great power over the growing colonies. After one development cycle, it's time to expand your colony and compete to build the most successful outpost on resource - rich Europa. The Artemis Project continues! This expansion adds two key strategic elements to the base game. Satellites are off - board locations that let you subtly yet powerfully influence the moon's surface action. Commanders are a new type of colonist. To use this expansion, first make sure you have The Artemis Project core game. Then, take out the components from the expansion pack, including the satellites and commander cards. Place the satellite off - board locations as described in the rules. When it's your turn, you can access the satellites to influence the action on the moon's surface. The commanders can be used as different types of colonists, so choose wisely when sending them to locations or using their power for dice. At the end of the game, they'll also help with scoring. Remember, this is the Kickstarter edition with all unlocked stretch goals, but paid add - ons from the campaign are usually not included. Keep the components in a dry and safe place to avoid damage.
