Players, representing international companies, compete to build dams in an Alpine region. The game features two innovative mechanisms. First, manage the construction wheel to plan actions and handle machineries. The more construction and maintenance on the wheel, the earlier resources and actions return. Second, the river water flow is a contested resource. Build dams, raise them, and construct tunnels to store and use water for energy. Over five rounds, players must meet power requirements on a common track and personal contract requests. Place engineers to upgrade machineries and build special buildings.
