Set in 19th - century Scotland, a time of transition from agriculture to industry, this mid - to - heavy economic game lets you represent historic clans with unique abilities. It comes with eight different clans, a modular board with 16 configurations, eight port bonuses, and eight round scoring tiles. How to use: First, set up the modular board with one of the 16 configurations. Each player picks a clan with unique abilities. The game goes for five rounds. In each round, start with players taking turns to choose from eight actions like building, upgrading, trading, and exporting. If you run out of money, pass and get a passing bonus. Then comes the production phase where you collect basic resources, refined goods, and cash from the production units on the game map. Finally, score VPs according to the current round's scoring tile. Notes: Remember, the paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless stated. Maintenance: Keep the metal coins and cards in a dry place. You can use the card sleeves to protect the cards from wear and tear. If the game board gets dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to clean it.
