In the Prologue, patients move through the hospital, discovering tiles that can affect health, terror, or the game in unpredictable ways. They'll find items like clothing, weapons, medicine, and food to help them. The goal is to find the clues about what happened in the hospital. When the final clue is uncovered, the Phenomenon is triggered. Players open a sealed envelope to learn the story and how to win. Some Phenomena are cooperative, while others pit players against each other. Each can lead to multiple endings, ensuring a fresh experience every time. How to play Coma Ward: First, set up the game by laying out the hospital tiles and putting the components in place as described in the rulebook. The game starts with the Prologue. As a patient, move around the hospital tiles. Each tile can have different effects on your health or terror level. While exploring, look for items like clothing, weapons, medicine, and food. These items will help you survive and find the clues. Once you've found all the clues, the Phenomenon phase begins. Open the specified sealed envelope to learn the story and the win condition. Some Phenomena require you to work together with other players, while others have you competing. Try to achieve the win condition to end the game. Note: This is a mature game with intense themes.
