In this fully cooperative board game, you take on the role of escaped mental patients. Enter the nightmarish abandoned mental hospital. Each player controls a unique crazy character with their own story and phobias that can turn real at any moment. The goal is simple: escape. But it's tough as all the staff are evil monsters and the warden is the worst. Lobotomy is a scenario - based adventure/dungeon crawler. It features a large modular board where each module represents a different part of the hospital, including outdoor areas like the garden or chapel. The characters are diverse, with their own backstories and mental illnesses that determine their skills and powers. The monsters are mostly inspired by old pulp horror movies. You can fight, explore, or uncover your past, but time is running out before the warden finds you. All characters and monsters come with awesome miniatures (over fifty in the base set). How to use: First, make sure you have the Lobotomy Core Game as this expansion needs it to play. Set up the modular board according to your preference, with each module representing different hospital areas. Each player picks a crazy character with their own story and phobias. Then, start the game aiming to escape the hospital full of evil monsters. You can fight the monsters, explore the hospital, or learn about your character's past. Note: This expansion doesn't include paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign unless otherwise stated. Maintenance: Keep the miniatures and cards in a dry and clean place to avoid damage. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft cloth. When storing the modular board, make sure it's flat to prevent warping.
