Product Information

This is the Retail Edition of the Welcome To... Winter Wonderland Thematic Neighborhood Board Game Expansion from Deep Water Games. It has a Board Game Geek rating of 5.91 and an average player rating of 7.77. Suitable for 1 to 100 players, it was published in 2019. The set includes 1 scorepad and requires the base Welcome To... Board Game (sold separately) to play. The Thematic Neighborhood Sheet Packs act as refill and expansion packs. They're not just for decoration; they come with new scoring methods! Each pack has 3 associated city plan cards. In the Winter Wonderland expansion, the rules are similar to the original, but building houses in numerical order strings lights between them, contributing to end - game scoring. The longest string of lights on each street scores points for players. At TheGameSteward, we're happy to support campaigns for games like this. A significant portion of your purchase will go towards backing new Kickstarter games. If you have any questions about buying this game online or need game advice, contact The Game Steward.

To play this game, first, make sure you have the base Welcome To... Board Game as this expansion requires it. Take out the scorepad included in the Retail Edition. The Thematic Neighborhood Sheet Packs can be added to the base game. Each pack comes with 3 city plan cards. When you start playing, try to build houses in numerical order. As you do this, lights will be strung between the houses, and at the end of the game, the longest string of lights on each street will earn you points. Remember, these packs aren't just for looks; they bring new ways to score. Keep the game components in a dry and clean place to avoid damage. If you have any issues or questions while playing, feel free to contact The Game Steward.
