To use this expansion, first make sure you have the base Dark Souls™: The Board Game. Add the new mini and mega boss figures, the gigantic mega boss tile, and the tokens for the new Pillar terrain piece to the game. Shuffle the new encounter cards into the existing deck. When you draw an encounter card from this expansion, follow the instructions on the card for the battle. Remember, the new bosses have deadly new behaviors, so be prepared. After each game, store the components in a cool, dry place to keep them in good condition. Don't forget to handle the miniatures carefully to avoid any damage.
