In Disney Villainous: The Perfectly Wretched, you can take charge of one of three notorious Disney villains - Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians, Mother Gothel from Tangled, and Pete from Steamboat Willie. Each player gets their own villain deck, fate deck, player board, and a cool 3D character.
During your turn, move your character to a new spot on the player board. Then, take one or more actions shown on that space, usually by playing cards from your hand. After that, refill your hand to four cards. The cards include allies, items, effects, and conditions. You'll need to use these cards smartly to meet your unique win condition.
One interesting action lets you pick another player. Draw two cards from their fate deck and play one on their board, covering two of the four action spaces at one of their locations. The fate deck has heroes, items, and effects from the villain's movie, which can really disrupt the other players.
This game can be played on its own. Plus, its villains can battle those from the 2018 Disney Villainous base game, and the 2019 standalone games Disney Villainous: Wicked to the Core and Disney Villainous: Evil Comes Prepared.
How to play: First, each player chooses a Disney villain character. You'll get your own decks and a player board. On your turn, move your character on the board and take actions using the cards in your hand. Remember to refill your hand to four cards after taking actions. Try to use your cards to meet your win - condition.
Note: When drawing cards from another player's fate deck, make sure to play one of them correctly on their board. Also, keep track of the action spaces on the locations.
Maintenance: Keep the cards in a card protector to prevent damage. Store the game in a cool, dry place when not in use. If the 3D characters get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft cloth.
