In the thrilling Goat 'n' Goat card game, three majestic mountains tower before the goats. Players must unite the goats' efforts to scale these formidable peaks. Your goal is to combine goats to conquer the tallest mountains, but goats are picky about lining up! The game features goat cards in three colors, numbered 1 - 5 with more low - numbered cards, and mountain cards in three colors, valued from 3 - 9. At the start, players hold 3 - 5 cards, and six cards are face - up on the table. On your turn, play one or more cards with the same number. If you meet certain conditions, add new cards to your stacks. If the played number is lower than the top card in a color stack, face - down previously played cards as penalty points and start a new stack. After playing cards, draw as many cards from the row of six as the value on the played card(s). Don't worry about the quantity of played cards, just the digit! If you have more than eight cards in hand, discard to eight and keep discarded cards as penalties. You can also discard cards of a color to collect a lower - valued mountain card of the same color. The game ends after going through the deck twice with 3 - 5 players or once with two players. Tally your mountain points and subtract 1 point for each penalty card. The highest scorer wins!
