Enhance your Kanagawa gaming experience with this exciting expansion! It brings more choices and added tension to the game. Alongside new families of elements like kites, paper lanterns, and parasols, three mischievous Japanese demons, yokaï, make an appearance. These yokaï are quite tricky. There's a diploma that earns you points if you're the first to collect all three. But be careful - you need to pass them to other players in time to avoid negative points at the end of the game. Note that this expansion requires the base game to play.

To use this Kanagawa expansion, first make sure you have the base game. Then, add the new elements like kites, paper lanterns, and parasols to the game setup. Place the three yokaï tokens in the designated area. During the game, try to be the first to collect all three yokaï to earn the special diploma and its points. But keep in mind that you should pass them to other players before the game ends to avoid getting negative points. When it comes to maintenance, just keep the cards and tokens in a dry place to prevent damage. You can also use a card sleeve for better protection of the cards. Have fun playing!
