Distribute purified water and develop railways to slow the disease spread. This version of Pandemic offers two exciting variants. The patient flow variant has patient - representing cubes flock to more powerful hospitals for treatment. The historical illnesses variant gives each disease a specific power for a more realistic experience. Explore this unique part of the world during the Spring of Nations and the construction of the first railroad in the Iberian Peninsula.
To play Pandemic Iberia, first choose your role from options like nurse, railwayman, etc. Then, start your journey across the Iberian Peninsula from Barcelona to Lisboa using different transportation methods. Your main goal is to find cures for the four diseases - malaria, typhus, yellow fever, and cholera. While traveling, remember to distribute purified water and work on railway development to control the spread of diseases. When using the patient flow variant, expect patients to move towards hospitals. In the historical illnesses variant, each disease has its own special power, so keep an eye on that.
