Ancient evil beings called Old Ones are on the verge of breaking free from their cosmic prison and awakening into our world. Your world of loved ones and familiar things could be engulfed in chaos and madness. Can you and your fellow investigators quickly find and seal every portal? Act fast before you're consumed by insanity! This game offers classic Pandemic gameplay with a terrifying twist. There are over 10 Old Ones, each with unique powers. It also comes with a custom die and figures.

To play this game, gather your fellow investigators. Each turn, you'll move around the board, try to find portals opened by the Old Ones, and seal them. Be quick, as the Old Ones' powers will keep causing chaos. When rolling the custom die, follow the instructions it gives. Pay close attention to the unique abilities of each Old One. If you lose yourself to insanity during the game, you'll be out of action. After each game, keep the figures and die in a safe place to avoid damage. Clean them gently with a soft cloth if they get dirty. Have fun playing and saving the world from the Reign of Cthulhu!
