Great Battles of Julius Caesar Deluxe Edition

We're excited to re - release two classic Great Battles of History titles in a deluxe format, similar to our treatments of Great Battles of Alexander and SPQR. The Deluxe Edition of Great Battles of Julius Caesar combines 'Caesar: The Civil Wars' (1994) and 'Caesar: Conquest of Gaul' (1996, reprinted in 2006), along with separately - published battles, into one package. It comes with a single rulebook that meets the latest GBoH production standards. You can play all land battles from this rulebook, while the naval battle has its own rules. The scenario book features 20 battles presented chronologically, showing the evolution of the Roman military system, from early foreign battles, Caesar's Gaul wars, his fights against Roman rivals, to the Roman invasion of Britain a century later.

To use this product, start by reading the main rulebook for land battles and the separate one for the naval battle. First, choose a battle from the scenario book which is arranged in chronological order. Set up the game according to the instructions in the rulebook. While playing, follow the rules carefully to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience. When you're done, store the game components in a dry and cool place to keep them in good condition. Avoid exposing the rulebooks and scenario book to moisture or direct sunlight to prevent damage. If you want to expand your game experience, you can try different battle combinations from the scenario book.
