It's the Kickstarter Edition of Barrage: Executive Officer Promo Pack C from Cranio Creations. The pack includes a brand - new Executive Officer named Amir Zahir. To play this expansion, you'll need the Barrage core game (sold separately). Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless otherwise stated. This new executive officer was initially distributed at Modena Play 2021. Amir Zahir has some unique abilities. When you place Water Drops on the Headstreams, you can choose to make them flow right away (decide for each drop). If you're supposed to place Water Drops that should flow immediately on the Headstreams, you can place them directly in one of your Dams with enough capacity (again, decide for each drop). How to use: First, make sure you have the Barrage core game as this promo pack C is an expansion. Then, introduce the new executive officer Amir Zahir into your game. When it's your turn and you place Water Drops on the Headstreams, you can choose to make them flow immediately for each drop. If the drops should flow right away, you can place them in a suitable dam. And if you want to copy Amir Zahir's power with Mahiri Sekiho during your turn, just do it to get his ability for that turn.
