To use this Barrage: Executive Officer Promo Pack D, first make sure you have the Barrage core game. Then, add the new Executive Officer, Franze de Lasse, to your game setup. When you perform a production action and the contract value is lower than the energy produced, move your marker on the Energy Track by the extra amount. At the end of each round, check if you've reached the lower limit of the current round section on the Energy Track. If so, move your marker back to that limit; if not, leave it as it is.
