Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign aren't included unless stated otherwise. The Cthulhu expansion was initially only available through Kickstarter. How to use: First, get your Lobotomy base game ready. Then, add the Cthulhu expansion components, like placing the Cthulhu miniature on the board as per the rules. Follow the new rules included with the expansion to introduce the Cthulhu final boss into your game. Up to 5 players can enjoy this new challenge. Note: Remember that unless specifically mentioned, paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign are not part of this expansion. Maintenance: Keep the cards in a card protector to prevent wear and tear. Store the miniature in a safe place to avoid damage.
