It's the Kickstarter Edition of Villages of Valeria: Landmarks + Architects Expansions in a tuck box by Daily Magic Games. It includes the Landmarks expansion, Architects Expansion, custom wood tokens, The King’s Herald and Rahdo the Guild Master Adventurer promo cards, and all stretch goals. Note: paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless stated otherwise. The Landmarks expansion brings a new mechanic called 'Build A Landmark'. If you can't or don't want to follow the lead action, you can build a landmark by discarding a specific card from your hand. Based on the resource icon at the bottom of the Building card, you take a landmark token and place it on your castle card. For example, discard a Building card with a Food resource to establish a Silo as a Landmark. Landmark tokens aren't Buildings, but at the end of the game, having the most of each type of Landmark earns you victory points, and collecting sets of all five different Landmarks gets you even more. The expansion also has new Adventurer cards triggered by your collected Landmarks, new Building cards with cool powers, and Architect cards for hidden end - game bonus points. How to use: First, set up the game according to the rules provided. When it's your turn, you can choose to follow the lead action or use the new 'Build A Landmark' mechanic. To build a landmark, look at the resource icon on the bottom of a Building card in your hand, discard that card, and take the corresponding landmark token to place on your castle card. As the game progresses, collect different types of Landmark tokens, new Building cards, and Adventurer cards to gain victory points. The Architect cards can give you hidden bonus points at the end of the game. Note: Remember that the paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless stated otherwise. Also, keep the game components organized during play to avoid losing any pieces. Maintenance: Store the game in a dry and cool place to prevent damage to the cards and tokens. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Enjoy playing this exciting board game and build your amazing village!
