Using the game: First, set up the game according to the instructions. Place the core game components, expansions, and cards as directed. Each player takes their turn to either buy a new lot, build a building in the shared city of Rome, or collect income. At the end of each round, calculate your Glory Points based on the population and commerce you've contributed to the city, as well as the civic buildings. Remember, civic buildings can score based on your opponents' buildings too. Note: Paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless specifically stated. Also, all the miniatures in this edition come with a factory - applied pre - shade wash, so no need to shade them yourself. Maintenance: Keep the game components in a dry and clean place. Avoid bending the cards or scratching the miniatures. If the game gets dirty, gently wipe the components with a soft cloth.
