Preorder now! Expected delivery on March 31, 2025. This is the Kickstarter High Rise: The Ultraplastic Edition Works Pledge Board Game from Formal Ferret Games. It has a Board Game Geek average player rating of 7.29. Suitable for 1 to 4 players and was first published in 2020. This bundle includes the core game, plastic buildings, the Extra Tenants Expansion, Fancy Bits, and all unlocked stretch goals. Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless stated otherwise. High Rise is an exciting strategic city - building board game with a touch of corruption. You can gain bonuses on your actions by collecting Corruption, but beware! The game will occasionally penalize the most corrupt players, and everyone loses victory points (VP) for Corruption at the end of the game. All your actions like collecting resources, constructing buildings, and repaying favors take place on a one - way track. Similar to other one - way track games, you can go as far as you want, but you'll only get another turn when others pass you. You earn 1 VP per floor for each building you construct. Tenants offer unique and powerful actions that change every game. You can acquire a tenant power by landing on its space or building on its card. A round ends after everyone makes a lap around the one - way track. Players get bonus points for the tallest buildings in each neighborhood and the whole game. In the Standard Game (about 90 - 120 minutes for 3 - 4 players), you'll play 2 rounds, and in the Full game (about 2.5 hours), it's 3 rounds. After the right number of rounds, players lose points for Corruption, and the one with the most VP wins. We're thrilled to support campaigns to bring you games like this one. A large percentage of your spending on this bundle will go towards backing amazing new games on Kickstarter. If you have any purchase questions or need game advice, contact The Game Steward.

How to play: First, set up the game board with the included plastic buildings, core game components, and the Extra Tenants Expansion. Decide who goes first and start taking turns on the one - way track. When it's your turn, you can collect resources, construct buildings, and repay favors. Try to gain tenant powers by landing on their spaces or building on their cards. Be strategic about using Corruption to get bonuses, but watch out for penalties. A round ends when everyone has made a lap around the track. After the appropriate number of rounds, calculate your victory points (VP) and subtract points for Corruption. The player with the most VP wins. Note: Paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless stated otherwise. Also, the expected delivery is on March 31, 2025. Maintenance: Keep the game components in a dry and clean place. If the plastic buildings get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft cloth. Make sure to store the cards in a card protector to prevent wear and tear.
