To play Lobotomy: Core Game plus The From The Deep Expansion Bundle, first, set up the big modular board. Each module represents a different part of the hospital. Place the character and monster miniatures on the board according to the game rules. Decide which escaped mental patient character each player will control. Each character has their own story and phobias. Your goal is to escape the abandoned mental hospital. You can fight the monsters, explore the hospital areas, or learn about your character's past. But be quick! The warden is out there and will find you if you take too long. Remember, this is a fully cooperative game, so work together with other players. As for maintenance, keep the miniatures in a safe place to avoid damage. If the board gets dirty, you can gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
