In The Grimm Forest, family members of the Three Little Pigs are in an epic house - building competition. Famous Fairy Tale characters watch and sometimes help. Players use wits, tools, and resources from fields, brickyards, and the forest to build 3 houses first and become Royal Builders. Use fable tricks, avoid the Big Bad Wolf, and gather resources secretly. After gathering, enter the building phase and use resources to build houses. Accept or redirect helpful friends. How to play: First, set up the game by laying out all the components like gather location boards, player boards, and miniatures. Each player gets a set of starting resources. During the gather phase, secretly play cards to move to different locations and try to gather resources. Use your fable cards to guess what others are planning and disrupt their plans. After gathering, enter the building phase. Use the collected resources to build wood, straw, or brick houses. When building a wall section, a friend from the forest will offer help. You can accept it or send the friend to another player. Winning the game: Be the first to build 3 houses and you'll be named the Royal Builder. Attention: This is a Kickstarter - exclusive edition, and paid add - ons from the campaign are usually not included. Maintenance: Keep the game components in a dry place. If the cards get dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid bending the miniatures or boards to keep them in good condition.
