Victory cards with agendas are drawn at setup, and players race to achieve an agenda on each card to become the world's greatest power. To play Sid Meier’s Civilization: A New Dawn, first set up the game by drawing three victory cards. These cards show the agendas you need to achieve. Then, use the beautifully illustrated map tiles to create an undiscovered country. Place barbarians, natural resources, and city - states on the map. As a ruler of an empire, start expanding your domain, getting new technologies, and building wonders. Try to be the first to accomplish one agenda on each of the victory cards. When handling the game components, be careful not to damage the map tiles or cards. Keep them in a dry place to avoid warping. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Have fun playing and shaping your civilization into the greatest world power!
