To start playing Space Base, first, each player gets a space base (player board). You'll also have a set of ship cards. Begin with your ships docked at the stations. Roll the dice, and based on the results, everyone gets stuff according to the 'I roll, everyone gets stuff' rule. Use your cargo vessels to trade, mining vessels to build income, and carriers to spread your influence. When you have enough resources, you can buy new ship cards and add them to your board. Try different strategies to gain influence and aim to be promoted to Admiral. Remember, the order in which you buy cards matters a lot. Keep your game components in a dry and clean place to avoid damage. If you're new to the game, don't worry too much about making the perfect choices in the first few rounds.
