Product Information

Board Game Geek Avg Player Rating: 6.56. This 2019 retail import edition of Wombattle includes the core game. It's open to 3 - 10 players. In this game, anyone can enter the wombat battle, but the wombat always emerges victorious! You'll be amazed at what a wombat will do for victory. Any obstacle can be overcome for a real reward. How far would you go for glory? Players compete in challenges. The winner of each trial removes an obstacle, and the first to clear all obstacles wins the Grand Prize. There's also a 'Player’s Choice' prize for the most witty solutions. Each round has four phases. First, the game master picks a challenge card, throws a stone to decide the category, and creates a trial in half a minute. Then, players battle it out. After that, the game master announces the winner, who places an obstacle marker on the throwing board. In case of a tie, the one who yells 'Wombat' fastest wins. Finally, players vote for the wittiest solution. The game master gets a token if there's at least one vote. The Game Steward is glad to back campaigns for games like Wombattle. A large part of your spending on Wombattle will support new Kickstarter games. Contact The Game Steward if you have purchase or game - related questions.

To play Wombattle, first gather 3 to 10 players. The game master starts each round by picking a challenge card and throwing a stone to set the category. In half a minute, come up with a trial related to the card and category. Then, players carry out the trial. When the trial ends, the game master announces the winner. The winner places an obstacle marker on the corresponding - colored hole of the throwing board. If there's a tie, the one who shouts 'Wombat' quickest wins. At the end of each round, players can vote for the wittiest solution. The game master doesn't vote but can receive votes. Remember, each person can only vote once per round. If at least one player votes, the game master gets a voting token. Keep the game components clean and dry. Store them in a cool, dry place to avoid damage. If you have any problems or questions while playing, don't hesitate to contact The Game Steward.
