Board Game Geek Rating: 6.03, Avg Player Rating: 6.97. Suitable for 1 to 5 players and published in 2016. It's the Multiuniversum Core Card Game. You're part of a brilliant scientist team at the super - secret CERN lab. While working on tele - transportation experiments, your team discovers portals to new dimensions. Once a portal opens, a magical new dimension is right there, but wild creatures from other dimensions can enter. You must close the portals quickly! In this card game puzzle, players use card actions to research, move between 5 Hadron Collider modules, prepare tools, and close portals to alternative realities. Each player has 3 cards and 3 actions per turn. With these cards, you can do research (draw 2 cards), prepare a tool, move to any machine module, close a portal, or use a module ability. Closing a portal gets you a universe sample for bonus points and knowledge points as described on the card. There are 5 portals for each of the 5 modules. The game ends when three portal piles run out, and the scientist with the most knowledge points wins the Nobel prize. We're excited to offer Multiuniversum on TheGameSteward. A large percentage of your purchase will support new Kickstarter games. If you have questions, contact The Game Steward.
To play Multiuniversum, first, make sure all players have 3 cards in hand. During your turn, you have 3 actions. You can use these actions to do research and draw 2 more cards, prepare a tool, move to a different machine module, close a portal, or use a module's special ability. When closing a portal, remember you'll get a sample from the universe and knowledge points as stated on the card. Keep an eye on the portal piles. The game ends once three of them are empty. As for maintenance, keep the cards in a dry and cool place to prevent damage. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft cloth. And if you have any questions about the game rules or how to play, don't hesitate to contact The Game Steward.
