Young Jonas enters a fantasy world through a magical painting. Players assist him in crossing the Enigmatic Forest and facing the scary Queen of the Draconias. The game has three phases. First, in the scouting phase, players study eight forest cards to memorize the equipment needed. Then, they prepare Jonas' backpack by rolling dice to get the right equipment. Finally, they start the expedition, turn over the first forest card, and discard the required equipment. Win by reaching the final card and choosing the correct equipment in time! To play The Enigmatic Forest Retail Edition, first gather 2 to 4 players. The game is divided into three phases. In the scouting phase, look carefully at each of the eight forest cards and try to remember all the equipment you'll need to cross the forest. Next, prepare Jonas' backpack. Roll the dice to get the right pieces of equipment. Once you're ready, start the expedition. Turn the first forest card face - up and discard the required equipment from the backpack. Keep doing this until you reach the final card. Try to choose the right equipment before revealing it to win the game. When handling the cards, be gentle to avoid damage.
