You'll become a Ranger, protecting your mountain - valley home, a wild area transformed by past scientific feats to save Earth. Start by building a deck that shows your Ranger's interests, history, and personality. As you explore the open world and your story unfolds, upgrade your deck with better equipment, skills, and journey memories. The game's story is a branching narrative campaign with a main storyline and many side stories. You can follow the main path or explore on your own to meet interesting characters, find mysterious ruins, and encounter strange beings. Each game session is one day in the Valley, starting from where you rested the night before. Your goal is to complete a mission or explore. The session ends when you rest due to fatigue, injury, or by choice. A game session is played in rounds and turns. On your turn, you can play a card from your hand or choose an action from a table card. Begin from the location where you left off the previous night. Decide whether to complete a mission or explore the open world. During your turn, choose to play a card from your hand or select an action from a card on the table. The game will end when you decide to rest or are forced to due to fatigue or injury. Note: Paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included unless otherwise stated. Make sure to keep all the cards in good condition. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Store the game in a cool, dry place to prevent damage to the cards and components.
