Burncycle is a puzzling infiltration game. You command a team of future - era robots to take down evil human - run corporations oppressing AI. Your team sneaks into corporate headquarters, shutting down physical and digital operations. As you explore rooms and reach higher floors, you'll get new items and abilities but face threats like guards, viruses, and building architecture. The key is 'creative action sequencing'. In each round, players deal with randomly drawn programming directives for bot actions. You can skip directives (incomplete turn) or disobey by paying action dice. The best players work within the 'burncycle' to benefit the team. Each corporate headquarters has a unique neoprene layout on a large mat, and each CEO has a threat meter that triggers new obstacles as time runs out. Things to note: You may need to sacrifice skipping some directives or pay action dice if you want to deviate from the directives, but be careful as it can lead to an incomplete turn or cost you. Each CEO's threat meter will trigger new obstacles as time runs out, so try to finish the mission quickly to avoid leaving bots behind.
