It can be played in 30 minutes or less. It has a small set of simple, adaptable rules that can be applied to various unique decks. At launch, there are three decks set in different universes. The goal of the game is to progress through a shuffled deck of cards with unique challenges. You roll 17 dice (plus three adjustable stat dice) to complete challenges and gain rewards. Manage your HP, Strategy, and Recovery stats carefully. Press your luck, make strategic decisions, and manage your resources. The Game Steward is glad to offer this game. How to play: First, shuffle the deck of cards. Then, start going through the cards one by one. Each card has a unique challenge. Roll the 17 dice (along with the three adjustable stat dice) to try and meet the success requirements of the challenge. If you roll enough successes, you complete the challenge and get the rewards. If not, you take damage and move on to the next card. Keep an eye on your HP, Strategy, and Recovery stats. Strategy controls your rerolls and items, and Recovery decides how many dice go back to your pool after a challenge. If you roll more dice than your Recovery, those dice are exhausted. Once you make it through the whole deck, face the final boss. Try to score enough hits to win. Note: This is currently a solo - only game, but future decks might change that. Keep your dice and cards in a safe place to avoid loss or damage. If the cards get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Store the game in a cool, dry place to prevent warping of the cards and damage to the dice.
