Product Information

Board Game Geek Rating: 6.99. Average Player Rating: 7.10. Published in 2013. This is the Retail Edition of Sushi Go! Board Game. In Sushi Go!, a super - fast sushi card game, you're at a sushi restaurant, trying to grab the best sushi dish combos as they fly by. Score big by collecting the most sushi rolls or a full sashimi set. Dip nigiri in wasabi to triple its value! Finish your meal with all the pudding you've collected. But watch out for what you let your friends take - they might use it to beat you! Sushi Go! simplifies the card - drafting mechanism from Fairy Tale and 7 Wonders into a 20 - minute game anyone can play. 'Draft and pass' dynamics are key, with minimal rules. Quickly assess the round and choose your sushi type. Each turn, decide which cards to keep and pass. The scoring combinations allow for smart plays and strategic blocks. Also, aim to have the most pudding cards at game's end. We're excited to support campaigns bringing games like Sushi Go! Retail Edition to TheGameSteward. A large part of your spend on this game will back new Kickstarter games. If you have purchase questions or need game advice, contact The Game Steward.

How to play: First, gather 2 to 5 players. Start the game, and as the sushi cards come around, quickly look at the cards in your hand. Decide which type of sushi you want to go for based on the scoring rules. Each turn, pick a card to keep and pass the rest to the next player. Try to collect the most sushi rolls, make a full sashimi set, and remember to dip your nigiri in wasabi to get more points. At the end of the game, the pudding cards also count towards your score, so aim to have the most of them. Things to note: Be careful what cards you pass to your friends as they might use them to win. Don't get too focused on one type of sushi; keep an eye on all the scoring opportunities. Maintenance advice: Keep the cards in a dry place to prevent them from getting damaged. If they get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
