Guide your tribes across generations from simple hunter - gatherer groups to prosperous tribal societies. Settle new lands, hunt new animals, grow your population, gain knowledge, and build megalithic structures that last for millennia. It combines worker placement and deck building for a strategic, interactive euro - style board game. With a randomly generated map, no two games are the same. Players can choose from various strategies like cultural domination, tech advancement, area control, and hunting skills. Place your chiefs to explore new lands, develop tools and culture, secure food, and grow your tribe. Use action cards during the Action round or save them for the Settlement phase to claim new lands. To play Endless Winter: Paleoamericans, first, gather 1 to 4 players. The game is set in North America around 10,000 BC. Start as a humble hunter - gatherer band. Your goal is to lead your tribe through generations to become a prosperous tribal society. You can settle new lands by placing your chiefs on the randomly generated map. While exploring, you'll discover new animals to hunt and gain knowledge to develop new tools and cultural concepts. Use the action cards either during the Action round to perform specific actions or save them for the Settlement phase to claim new lands. Try different strategies like cultural domination, technological advancement, area control, or showing off your hunting skills. If the game situation changes, don't worry! You can switch your strategy in the middle of the game. Just remember that this is the Kickstarter Edition, and unless otherwise stated, paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign are not included.
